Individual Counseling

Our professional therapists address and treat many different concerns that people may be experiencing, such as Anxiety, Attention Deficit Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Codependency, Conflict Management, Eating Disorders, Grief and Loss, Depression, Lack of Self Esteem, Stress, Substance Abuse, and Trauma, among many more.

Child & Adolescent Counseling

Sometimes children just need someone to talk to, and here at Anaga, we can dedicate that empathetic ear and lend a helping hand to children and adolescents dealing with a broad variety of concerns, such as Behavioral issues, Bullying, Learning Disabilities, Blended Family Transitions, Adolescence issues, and Substance Abuse.

Couples Counseling

Couples form during the "in love" stage of romantic relationships, and they intend for their relationship to be long lasting. With life, issues will surface: some temporary and minor, others serious and enduring. All relationships face those challenges. However, there may come a point in your relationship where your solutions don't work and you feel stuck, where the joys are being eaten away by the conflicts. Our Therapists will honor your desire to work on your relationship and will help you understand each other better in an atmosphere of mutual respect, and improve your relationship.

Family Counseling

Families play an important role in children's healing processes. The interaction between children's problems and their families is always complex. Sometimes children present problems but it is really a sign showing up in the children to signal that there is something wrong in the family. In all cases, children and families heal faster when they work together.

Dyadic Developmental Therapy

Dyadic developmental psychotherapy is a psychotherapeutic treatment method for families that have children with symptoms of emotional disorders, including complex trauma and disorders of attachment.

Developmental Evaluations and Screenings

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a form of counseling or psychotherapy that uses play to communicate with and help people, especially children, to prevent or resolve psychosocial challenges.
